Hylee has been playing volleyball since middle school. After graduating high school she went on to play two seasons of beach and indoor for Victor Valley College, where she earned her associates degree.
Hylee has been coaching volleyball for the past 7 years, and can’t imagine having any other “job”. She coached club volleyball with Desert Rogue from 2017 to 2022, where she headed and assisted several different teams of varying age groups. She was the assistant beach volleyball coach for Victor Valley College during the 2019 and 2020 season, and is the current assistant coach for the indoor team this 2024 season. She has also volunteered for the Special Olympics team. Hylee coached the Apple Valley High School freshman team from 2019-2021, and the Granite Hills High Schools JV team from 2022-2023. She has done some club volleyball officiating and has been a division 3 lines-person.
Hylee decided to open the Wildflower Volleyball club in 2022. She is excited to see the club growing. She wants to pass on her love of the sport to these athletes and help them to play confidently and with good character.
